((continued from [L]ast of the Wilds, in the dowbn town board.))
Stupid wench... Thought she was so smart, so clever, so... ugh. The akita male growled to himself as he followed the husky-shaped figure in the blackness ahead of him, fuming somewhere in his simplistic mind. Females should never have the nerve to approach a male with such stubborn defiance, let alone dare to call them names, as this female had. If he hadn't been so hungry, this husky definitely would be regretting her previous words.
Premadona...
What does that even mean, anyhow? Inexperienced socially, the brute would admit to himself that he had no idea. But the way it had been uttered suggested it was nothing to be boasted, so he, instead, mulled over it angrily. Letting his muzzle tense, he grumbled something incoherently, his baritone voice making it sound like a growl. But it wasn't, he would not give this disrespectful fae the pleasure of knowing he was irritated by her mere presence.
Trying to distract himself, he instead gaze about at his surroundings instead, pondering where they were and where exactly they were headed. He'd admittedly only been to the docks a few times and had never wandered quite so far into their midst, generally to avoid the fishermen that slept on the boats here. So the terrain was unfamiliar.

'Brutes...' She thought, eyes focused behind her though she knew exactly where they were headed. Padders clicked against the asphalt, warm in contrast to the cold night of the city. She shook her head, a high growl, quick by comparison to his own low growls, ruptured the near silence of the night.
Talons hit the changing Terra, from black road to the decaying wood of the old docks. The Sheba looked around, the waves lapped the low shoreline beneath the seawall, the are was vacant, surprisingly enough. Nades flaring, muzzle drawn back and teeth exposed, the Fae sniffed the ground. Blood. Some sort of fish. But it was gone now, only a faint scent remained.
Without a word, Diadra tested the water with her paw, the fish here were greedy, anything that entered the water would be inspected. Submerging herself to about her shoulder, she sat in silence as the water around her began to ripple. She stayed absolutely still as she felt the scales brush through her pelt. She waited for the right time, throwing her ivories into the water, aiming for the fish.
A low growl of frustration erupted her chest as her mouth clenched down around sand, the gritty substance tainted her mouth, along with the dehydrating salt. A few more attempts were made as the Fae waited patiently for there return. One was a winner, and a medium sized fish was pulled from the water.
Unaware of its species, she scanned it over for spikes, prickers, teeth, or anything that could possibly irritate her stomach. She quickly whisked it up against the seawall, then watched it quickly stop flailing. She looked over to the brute, about to say something when she had to stop herself.
"I'm afraid I didn't catch your name," She said, eyes narrowing.
